Internal Sales Executive
Joseph Ash Galvanizing are looking for an internal sales executive to join our team at our site in Telford and assist with the constant development of the business and strive for progression and improvement of customer service to both new and existing customers.
If you have experience as an internal sales executive working in a fast paced, internal sales environment within a manufacturing or heavy goods environment this could be the role for you.
Internal Sales experience within a similar industry is essential for this role.

Responsibilities & Duties include:-
- Telephone sales to both “cold” and “warm” prospective customers.
- Prospecting for new business using existing data base.
- Generating own call schedule & creating own research techniques/disciplines.
- Seeking out new business leads using various means including internet & social media.
- Following up quotations using Xpansions.
- Customer service calls to existing customers & managing queries regards orders, difficulties etc.
- Dealing with customer service issues promptly, effectively & to customers satisfaction.
- Establishing, Maintaining & Developing existing customer relationships Maintaining Daily Production paperwork & logging.
- Keeping call logs
- Working to agreed targets
- Updating records and notes on Xpansions system and scheduling follow up calls as & when required.
- Assisting colleagues with transport scheduling and other sales office duties when required
- Liaising closely with other departments and colleagues at other J Ash Divisions
- Any other duties required to support the needs & requirements of the business.
